Questions people ask
Do sellers need their own WooCommerce?
No. They sell inside your store - they get a store page and a seller dashboard on your site.
How do sellers get paid?
They add their PayPal or bank details and request a withdrawal once their money clears. You pay them and mark it paid.
Can I charge some sellers less?
Yes - set a commission per seller, or leave it blank to use your default.
What happens on a refund?
A refunded, cancelled or failed order is voided for the seller automatically, so balances always add up.
Is my site hosted with Busy Firm?
Already added. In your account, open Hosting, pick the site and press Switch on and connect - there is nothing to download or paste.
