Shipping & Returns

Made to order: your item is printed within 2-5 business days of your order.

Delivery: standard shipping then takes about 5-10 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Where we ship: the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Cost: shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and items and shown before you pay - it is the carrier's live rate for your address. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the US are paid by the recipient.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund it - your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Email [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the problem.

If your package hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will look into it with the carrier and reprint or refund your order.

If a package comes back to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can send it again for the cost of shipping.

Because every item is custom-made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, colour choice or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering - we're happy to help you choose.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5-10 business days.
